The Skeff Bar & Kitchen are seeking a proactive and organised Events & Partnerships Coordinator to support our events programme and build local business relationships.
This role combines event coordination, partnership development, venue presentation, bookings management and marketing support.
Key Responsibilities Events & Activations
- Coordinate events, promotions and community initiatives from enquiry to delivery.
- Manage event bookings, client communications and venue show-arounds.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all event requirements are communicated and delivered.
- Identify and develop event opportunities, activations and partnerships that align with The Skeff brand.
Partnerships & Outreach
- Build relationships with local businesses, organisations, festivals and community groups.
- Develop outreach initiatives to generate new corporate and event opportunities.
- Represent the venue and identify collaborative partnerships that enhance visibility and engagement.
Venue Experience
- Oversee venue décor, seasonal styling and visual merchandising.
- Support the delivery of a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
Bookings & Administration
- Manage bar bookings, enquiries and customer communications.
- Process and track event-related payments and deposits.
- Maintain accurate booking records and event documentation.
- Monitor event activity and support reporting where required.
Marketing Support
- Assist with marketing materials, event promotion and social media content.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, partnerships and customer engagement initiatives.
