DUTIES:
-
Provide high-quality social care to individuals and families in need.

Develop and implement individualized care plans.
-
Collaborate effectively with members of a multidisciplinary team.
-
Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life.

Maintain accurate records and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Possess a Level 7/8 in Social Care.
-
Minimum 6 months experience in the Republic of Ireland.
-
Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland.

CORU Registration is an advantage
Rates of pay:
€18-21 per hour Day rate.
Enhanced Night rates & Sunday rates available.
