The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused Deputy Shop Manager to support the day to day running of our busy charity shop. Working alongside the Shop Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales, leading a team of colleagues and volunteers, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping to maximise the income that supports our vital work.
About the Store
This store is based in the central shopping area of Dun Laoghaire and is a 4 minute walk from the station. The store recently had a refit and rebrand is expected this year! This role is supported by a loyal and committed team of paid staff and volunteers. There is a focus on vintage or unusual brands and with high quality donations received regularly.

What we're looking for?
You'll be a positive and motivated team player with previous retail experience, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to lead and inspire others. You'll be organised, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Experience of supervising a team or volunteers is desirable, together with good communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
