We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Order Manager to join their busy head office team.
What you’ll do:
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery and invoicing
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics and finance teams
- Lead and support the sales processing team
- Process orders via phone and email
- Monitor stock levels and order fulfilment
- Resolve delivery, pricing and invoicing issues
- Maintain customer records and sales data
- Support month-end processes and reporting
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in order management, sales administration or logistics
- Supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Bonus if you have:
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience within distribution, logistics or supply chain environments
