We’re looking for an Asset Management Engineer to play a key role in setting up equipment for long-term reliability, compliance, and performance in a regulated manufacturing environment.
This isn’t a maintenance role — it’s about building the foundation right from the start. You’ll influence design decisions, define maintenance strategies, and ensure systems are ready for operation before they even go live.
If you enjoy working at the intersection of engineering, reliability, and commissioning, this is a high-impact opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build asset structures and maintenance strategies in CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM)
- Define reliability and lifecycle strategies for new and existing equipment
- Perform asset criticality assessments and lead/support FMEA/FMECA
- Review engineering documentation (P&IDs, layouts, datasheets) to enable asset readiness
- Support design reviews, 3D model reviews, and field walkdowns
- Collaborate during commissioning, startup, and equipment trials
- Ensure compliance with GMP and data integrity standards
What you will bring
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)
- 4–10+ years in asset management, reliability, or maintenance engineering (regulated industry)
- Hands-on CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, Infor)
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering and lifecycle management
- Experience with FMEA/FMECA and risk-based maintenance
- Ability to interpret technical documentation (P&IDs, specs, layouts)
- Knowledge of calibration and instrumentation in regulated environments
