Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser – Dublin
Bonavox Hearing Specialists | Full-Time
Build Something Bigger Than a Job
Bonavox is entering a major growth phase following a recent acquisition, and we are looking for an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser who wants more than just another role.
This is an opportunity to join an established Irish independent at exactly the right time—early enough to shape your future, influence decisions, and build a serious long-term career.
We are not a corporate chain. We focus on quality, relationships, and outcomes, not targets for the sake of targets.
Why This Role Will Appeal to You
If you are currently working in a large group such as Specsavers or Hidden Hearing, you will already understand the pressures of volume, time constraints, and limited autonomy.
At Bonavox, we do things differently.
- You will have the time to care properly for your patients
- You will build long-term relationships, not one-off transactions
- You will work within a proven Care For Life framework focused on aftercare and outcomes
- You will have a genuine voice in how the business grows
- You will be part of a small, ambitious team where your contribution matters
This is a role for someone who wants to step up, not settle.
About Bonavox
Bonavox is one of Ireland’s longest-established independent hearing care providers, with a strong reputation and loyal client base built over decades.
We are currently a team of six, with clear plans to double in size over the next 12 months.
Our growth is supported by a proven, structured marketing strategy, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality patient opportunities.
You will not be starting from scratch—you will be building on strong foundations.

You will:
- Conduct full hearing assessments and consultations
- Recommend and fit appropriate hearing solutions across manufacturers

- Build and manage your own patient relationships long-term
- Contribute to business development and decision-making

- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Serious about building a long-term career in hearing care
- Genuinely committed to improving patients’ quality of life
- Commercially aware but never at the expense of patient care
- A strong team player who contributes positively to culture
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Requirements:
- ISHAA registered (or eligible)
- Full driving licence
- Experience preferred, but mindset and attitude are critical
Earnings and Package
- Expected minimum earnings: €80,000 per annum
- Basic salary aligned with experience
- Realistic earnings: €100,000 – €120,000+

This role is designed for someone who wants their earnings to reflect their ability, performance, and commitment to patient care.
Why Join Now

You will be joining:
- An established brand with a strong reputation
