Associate Graduate Bid Manager

Eire Facades is seeking an ambitious and driven Graduate Bid Manager to join our estimating team
Reporting to: Sales and Estimating Director
ROLE PURPOSE
As a Graduate Bid Manager, you will support the preparation and submission of high-quality tender proposals from initial enquiry through to contract award.
You will gain exposure to all aspects of the bid process, including:
- Reviewing tender documentation and client requirements
- Coordinating bid submissions and tender programmes
- Supporting the preparation of commercial pricing and cost plans
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
- Assisting with quantity take-offs from architectural drawings
- Working with estimating, technical, operational, commercial and finance teams
- Supporting client communications throughout the tender process
- Helping identify project risks and opportunities
- Maintaining bid documentation within SharePoint and internal systems
This role offers a structured pathway towards becoming a fully qualified Bid Manager with responsibility for leading major project tenders.
Experience and Skills
Essential
· Degree qualified (or final year student) in a construction related degree
· Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and organisational abilities
· A proactive and ambitious attitude
Desirable
· Proven experience in estimating or bid management within façades, glazing, cladding, or wider construction.
· Experience in carrying out on screen take-offs
· Demonstrable track record of coordinating multi-discipline tender submissions
· Familiarity with digital systems such as SharePoint, Business Central, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Cost-x or similar platforms
Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
