Office Operations
- Conduct routine site walkthroughs to identify deficiencies, maintenance issues, safety concerns, items requiring repair or removal, and areas that are not meeting workplace standards.
- Assist with desk and seating moves throughout the office.
- Organize and maintain storage rooms, supply closets, swag inventory, kitchens, and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with reviewing seating plans and monitoring bookable desks.
- Monitor work orders and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with monitoring and directing porter activities as required.
Vendor & Facilities Support
- Meet and escort vendors to designated work locations within the office.
- Assist with vendor communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Work closely with third-party Security and Catering teams to support daily office operations.
Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employees with workplace-related questions or concerns and communicate findings to the Workplace Experience team.
- Assist with issuing access cards as needed.
- Support office programs and employee engagement activities.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as required.
Administrative & General Support
- Provide ad hoc support to the Squarespace Global Workspace team for the Dublin office.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-service-oriented approach.
- Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic while supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Support the overall employee experience by ensuring the office remains organized, functional, and welcoming.
