Self-Employed Sales Representative / Cold Caller (3-Month Contract)
About the Role
Venlora Group is looking for a confident and motivated Self-employed Sales Representative to join our team on a 3-month contract. This role is focused on outbound business development, speaking with decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in B2B sales or further develop an existing sales career. Full training, sales scripts, and ongoing support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective businesses
- Introduce our clients' products and services professionally
- Build rapport with business decision-makers
- Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
- Book appointments for senior sales representatives where required
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets
- Represent our clients in a professional manner
What We're Looking For Essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and resilience
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
Desirable
- Previous sales, customer service, telesales or call centre experience
- Experience with cold calling (preferred but not essential)
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
