Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to BMW manufacturer standards.
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
- Report vehicle condition, safety concerns, and additional repair recommendations to the Workshop Controller.
- Complete all work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
- Ensure service documentation, warranty claims, and repair records are completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and customer-focused workshop culture.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Automotive Technician with relevant workshop experience.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Electrical and hybrid/EV experience would be an advantage.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player with excellent attention to detail.
- Committed to delivering outstanding workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Full clean driving licence preferred.
