SLIP LANE RESTAURANT LIMITED, trading as Butcher Restaurant, The Butterslip, Kieran Street, Kilkenny, is seeking an experienced Commis Chef to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Commis Chef. This is a full-time position working 39 hours per week, with an annual salary of €36,605. Duties include food preparation, assisting with cooking and service, maintaining high food quality standards, and following kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures.
