Hillbillys is looking to recruit an energetic, enthusiaitic and responsible person to lead our shifts and maintain our high quality standards in service, food and cleanliness. The candidate will be a person who is willing to get stuck in in order to maintain service standards and lead and manage the other team members on their shift.
supervisors will have the ability to deal with staff and customers in a courteous and professional manner whilst protecting the integrity of the business at all times
specific training will be provided to our business but will only succeed if it is matched with a positive attitude from the candidate with hands on approach and a core focus of completing ones tasks and ensuring others complete theirs.
supervisory experience is required as the job will involve instructing, coaching and guiding other members of staff
this job will involve working evenings and weekends
