We are looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled mechanic looking for a long-term position with a well-established and growing business.
The Role
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
- Carrying out fault finding and diagnostics
- Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Identifying additional work and reporting any issues found
- Carrying out NCT preparation and general vehicle maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workshop
- Working as part of a supportive team
The Person
We are looking for an experienced mechanic who:
- Has proven experience working in a motor trade/workshop environment
- Takes pride in their workmanship and has excellent attention to detail
- Has strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Is reliable, hardworking and takes pride in getting the job done properly
- Has a full driving licence
- Is committed to delivering high-quality work
