At Comfort Keepers, our Home Support Workers are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a proactive and compassionate Care Team Support Executive to support, coach and engage our care teams across the Gorey region, ensuring they feel valued and equipped to deliver exceptional care.

Be the main point of contact for Home Support Workers within your region.

Conduct regular welfare and performance check-ins.

Support carers with training, development and day-to-day queries.

Complete annual performance reviews and support improvement plans.

Resolve escalated issues in partnership with operational teams and HR.

Provide support to scheduling and planning teams when required.
-
Promote high standards of care, engagement and compliance.
Essential
-
QQI Level 6 qualification in a healthcare-related discipline.
-
Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare, homecare or social care.

Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Desirable
-
Experience supporting or supervising teams.

Case management or employee support experience.

Knowledge of the homecare sector.
