Join our Finance team in Dublin as an Accounts Assistant and gain hands-on experience across accounting operations, reporting, compliance, and financial processes in a global business environment. In this role, you will support core accounting operations and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records, strong internal controls, and efficient month-end processes across the business. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals in an international environment, gaining exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and compliance activities. Role & Responsibilities:
Support General Ledger activities including journal postings, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
Process bank transactions, employee expense reports, and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Assist with fixed asset accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and preparation of management reporting schedules.
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and assisting with SOX compliance activities.
Provide administrative and reporting support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and the wider Finance function.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, ideally within a multinational or compliance-focused environment.
Accounting Technician qualification or equivalent; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is considered an advantage.
Experience working with accounting systems such as Workday and strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
