The Supervisor shall oversee all Dublin-based Safety & Security Specialists and Reception staff, including day-to-day operations, training, and management of the team.
The Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust training program, as well as both delivering and coordinating region-wide training. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for taking on and leading security-related projects as needed. Projects will be completed on time, on brand, within budget, and within scope. Responsibility for these project deliverables will reside with the Supervisor, with reasonable support from line management.
Other duties may include, but are not limited to, special assignments and department-wide initiatives related to security operations.
Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for improvement within the security team, innovating processes for the benefit of the client and the efficiency of the security team.

Represent the security team with professionalism and decorum at all times, instilling these values in all officers.

Support event security operations, including working outside set times as needed to support operations.

Develop standardized training modules for the Security and Front of House teams.

Deliver new hire and refresher training to site-based security personnel.

Refine workflows, standard operating procedures, and services based on industry best practices, line management and client feedback.

Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Develop relationships with key business partners, both internal and external.

Provide additional operational support to direct line management.
Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a demanding role(s)

Strong data analysis and interpretation skills; ability to identify patterns and trends

Ability to set priorities, multitask simultaneous projects, and meet deadlines

Ability to work smart, delegate effectively, and lead teams to successful completion of projects
