Head of Operations – Integrated Facilities Management
Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €80,000 per annum plus Sodexo Benefits
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations – Integrated Facilities Management to lead the delivery of FM services for a major account in Naas, Co. Kildare.
This is a senior operational role within a complex, high-volume manufacturing environment, where you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of both Hard and Soft FM services in a GMP-sensitive setting.
The Role

Act as the senior FM lead and primary point of contact for the client, aligning FM delivery with production priorities and GMP requirements.

Lead the day-to-day delivery of Hard and Soft Services, including technical maintenance, cleaning, security, waste, grounds and catering support.

Oversee planned and reactive maintenance of critical assets and drive effective asset lifecycle management.

Lead a strong EHS, food safety and GMP culture, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.

Manage suppliers, subcontractors and service partners to ensure high standards of delivery.

Own the site budget and financial performance, balancing cost control with service quality.

Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across technical, cleaning and support services.

Drive mobilisation, stabilisation and continuous improvement across the new-build site.

Identify opportunities to improve energy, water and waste performance and support the client’s sustainability goals.

Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value to the contract.
About You
We’re looking for a senior FM leader with:

5+ years’ experience in a senior management or leadership role within Integrated Facilities Management.

Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.

Experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally with strong GMP experience.

A relevant degree-level qualification in Engineering, Business, Management or a related discipline.

IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.

Strong experience managing contractors, suppliers and project works.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership and client relationship skills.

A proactive, hands-on approach with strong commercial awareness.

Good IT skills, including MS Office, Outlook and SharePoint.
Experience with new-build industrial environments, PSDP, Legionella and water quality, asset management or Authorised Person systems would be advantageous.
