What you'll do:

Ensure all team members carry out assigned tasks effectively and to the required standards.

Conduct daily inspections of all areas to verify work quality and compliance with required standards.

Liaise daily with Production Supervisors to coordinate planned access in line with operational schedules.
-
Ensure all matrices and schedules are completed within the allocated timeframe and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-
Review shift schedules with the Janitorial Manager to ensure adequate staffing levels for all planned activities.
-
Coordinate holiday and absence cover to maintain service levels, providing operational cover when required.
-
Monitor and maintain consumable stock levels, placing orders as necessary.

Ensure weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved.

Ensure all team members complete the required client and company training to perform their roles safely and effectively.

Ensure all emergency work requests are responded to promptly and efficiently.

Act as the first point of escalation for issues raised by frontline team members, escalating to the Janitorial Manager where appropriate.

Monitor and manage staff break times in line with company policy.

Record and report all incidents in accordance with company and client procedures, notifying the Janitorial Manager as required.

Build and maintain effective, professional relationships through excellent two-way communication with clients.

Provide professional leadership, support, and guidance to frontline teams while representing the company in a professional manner at all times.

Promote a strong health and safety culture, ensuring compliance with all policies and actively working to eliminate avoidable accidents.

Complete company audits in line with the agreed schedule.

Manage and maintain the time management system, ensuring accurate attendance and timekeeping records.

Carry out any other reasonable duties consistent with the role and business needs.
