Provide senior clinical and operational leadership across acute services with a primary focus on optimising Emergency Department performance, and access to care, while ensuring integration across all acute and step-down pathways.
The post holder will lead delivery of unscheduled care performance (ED conversion, trolley waits, LOS) and develop integrated clinical pathways across ED, AMAU, wards and community services
