Are you ready to lead something that matters?
Lifting Legends is not a typical fitness facility. We are Ireland's specialist neurodivergent fitness centre, supporting children, teenagers, and adults to build strength, confidence, and independence in an environment designed around their needs.
Just some of the areas we deliver expert strength coaching in include;
- Autism
- ADHD
- Cerebral palsy
- Down syndrome
- Dyspraxia
We are now seeking a Centre Manager to lead the next phase of our growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is ready to take ownership of operations, lead a team to a high standard, and help shape the future of a unique and growing business.
The role
The Centre Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the facility and will play a central role in its continued development. This is a demanding role with real responsibility. You will oversee operations, team performance, member experience, and business growth, while working closely with founder Eoin Murphy to strengthen and expand the service.
This position will suit someone who is proactive, resilient, highly organised, and motivated by meaningful work. It is an opportunity to take on a tough but rewarding challenge in a business that is making a genuine difference.
Key responsibilities
You will lead the daily running of the facility and ensure that standards remain high across all areas of the business. You will manage and support a small team of coaches and staff, oversee scheduling and administration, and make sure systems are operating effectively.
You will also be responsible for driving member growth, supporting onboarding and retention, and maintaining strong relationships with members, families, and referral professionals. A key part of the role will involve identifying what is working, addressing problems quickly, and contributing directly to the strategic growth of the business.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a strong manager with excellent judgement, professionalism, and the ability to lead from the front. You should have experience managing people in a fitness, leisure, disability services, special/differing needs service, or similarly demanding environment.
You must be confident making decisions, holding standards, and taking responsibility for outcomes. You should be capable of building trust with members, families, and staff while also bringing structure, consistency, and accountability to the role.
Experience working with neurodivergent individuals or people with differing needs is essential. A background in disability services and inclusive practice will be highly valued. Fitness qualifications and previous management experience are strongly preferred.
What we offer
The salary for this role starts at €32,000, with performance-related bonuses linked to growth, retention, and team development. You will also receive free use of the gym, sponsored Autism Fitness Level 1 Certification, ongoing CPD support, and 20 days annual leave plus public holidays.
Most importantly, this is an opportunity to take on a role with real purpose, real responsibility, and real scope to grow.
