Overnight Security – Event Work (Bray)
We are currently hiring Overnight Security Staff to work at a series of public events in Bray this summer.
Shift Times:
- Fridays & Saturdays
- 8:00pm – 8:00am (12-hour overnight shifts)
Event Dates:
- Friday 17 July & Saturday 18 July
- Friday 24 July & Saturday 25 July
- Friday 31 July & Saturday 1 August
We are ideally looking for candidates based in Bray or County Wicklow, although applicants from Dublin are also welcome if they are happy to commute.

Responsibilities
- Patrol the event site throughout the night
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
- Protect event infrastructure and equipment
- Respond promptly to incidents and report any issues to the Event Manager
- Ensure the safety and security of the event site overnight
- Follow all health & safety procedures and site protocols
- Maintain a professional and approachable manner at all times
Requirements
- Valid PSA Security Licence (essential)
- Previous security experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Able to remain alert and work independently
- Flexible availability on Friday and Saturday nights
- Ideally based in Bray or Wicklow (Dublin applicants are welcome if happy to commute)
- Own transport
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.50 per hour
