We are a highly experienced Global Sourcing Specialists in Industrial Supplies. We currently deal with numerous high profile multi nationals delivering a specialist service which requires an exceptional admin team in head office to support our experts on site. We have built strong relationships with not only our clients but also our suppliers and we work diligently at maintaining those relationships through communication.
We are currently recruiting a full time Warehouse & Inventory Technician for one of our multinational sites based in Galway City.
This role will report to the Site Lead. The function of the role is to support the current team in place, in all aspects of the business. Full training will be provided.
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week 7.30am – 4:30pm hours may be changed slightly to suit client needs
Role/Responsibilities
- Deliver the day-to-day operations of the Stores
- Receiving goods inwards
- Delivery of goods to the factory floor
- Stock/Cycle Counting
- Preparing orders for customer pick-up
- Deliver the agreed metrics to support the benchmarking of site
- Carry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreement
- Other ad hoc duties
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English an essential
- Computer Literate - knowledge of MS software packages (Excel, Word) would be an advantage
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (both verbal and written). Confident in dealing with Clients and vendors
- Adaptable and Flexible Approach with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of a wide range of tooling – the ability to help guide the customer as to which tool might solve specific problems
Pay: €34,000.00 per year
