The Bailie Hotel is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Night Porter to join our team. This is a key position within the hotel, responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and professional operation of the premises during night hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for late-arriving guests
- Manage guest queries and requests efficiently throughout the night
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel through regular checks
- Carry out night audit procedures and basic administrative duties
- Set up public areas for breakfast service and events
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public areas
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Night Porter or hospitality role is essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibility during quiet hours
- High level of reliability, trustworthiness, and professionalism
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends
