Specialist Insulation Division, HPC Sales Ltd, Ballymount, Dublin 24, part of Home Project Centre Sales Ltd., Irelands' leading Builders Providers and Home Improvement/DIY Store, is looking for a Permanent, Full-Time, Purchasing Co-Ordinator to join our Team.

Part of Irelands largest independent building material supply group, HPC Insulation now has an opportunity for a Purchasing Co-ordinator to join our operations team.
THE ROLE
The main purpose of the position is to manage and an appropriate stock profile to meet the needs of the business. This will involve liaising with suppliers, 3PL providers, as well as internal and external staff in relation managing an effective stock profile.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate must have a positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The role will require the candidate to:
Manage the stock profile of the business
Stock ordering, inbound scheduling and receipt of goods
Co-ordinate cycle counts and annual stock takes
Ensure accuracy of supplier pricing and invoicing
Co-ordination with warehouse function on managing and maintaining stock locations
Support internal and external sales teams on stock queries
Working closely with our suppliers to ensure best performance
Maintain supplier price files
Manage supplier queries in a timely manner
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
2 / 3 years' experience in stock control / profiling
Self-motivated, with strong negotiation and planning skills
Excellent organisational and communication (verbal and written) skills
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
Managing and maintaining appropriate stock targets and requirements
Accuracy of cycle counts and stock take outcomes
