Electrical Contracts Manager | Dublin €90-100k
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of large electrical construction projects across Dublin.
You will be developing and implementing project strategy and delivery programmes, ensuring effective communication and implementation to deliver projects on time, ensuring regular monitoring and reporting on progress, and instigating corrective actions as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall site management, coordination, planning, specification of business proposals and coordination of subcontractors
- Ownership of the delivery of Electrical projects to time, quality and budget constraints
- Prepare reports, specifications and technical analysis to fully define the design requirements, equipment and services required
- Coordinating electrical design
- Reviewing project scope and ensuring the schedule and budgets are effectively managed
- Driving improvement through constant review and analysis
- Ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date with progress
- Stakeholder Management
- Ensure that contracts are fit for purpose, cost-effective and incorporate appropriate Service Level Agreements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager
- Strong background in electrical construction and building services
- Experience delivering Commercial / Apartment projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate site teams effectively
- Strong understanding of construction health & safety regulations and quality standards
- Experience managing project budgets, procurement, and subcontractor packages
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proven track record delivering projects within fast-paced construction environments
- Ability to lead teams and drive successful project outcomes
