As a Social Care Worker, you will support individuals in a person-centred environment while promoting independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting service users with daily living and personal development.

Encouraging independence and social inclusion.
-
Building positive relationships with service users and multidisciplinary teams.
-
Maintaining accurate records and professional standards.
-
Adapting to different client settings and support needs.
-
Active CORU Registration is highly appreciated.
-
Level 7 or Level 8 Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification.

Full driving licence.

Previous experience working within social care settings.

Compassionate and professional.

Reliable and adaptable.

Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

€16.50 – €25 per hour (Day Rates)
