Office / Production Assistant
Babygifts.ie specialise in personalised baby gifts and are based in Gort, Co Galway. We’re growing our small, friendly team of four and looking for someone to work Monday–Friday. Hours start at 25 and increase to 39 during our busy season as you get up to speed.
The Role (full training given)
In a small team everyone gets involved in a bit of everything, so your day will be varied. You’ll process and pack orders, help with stock control, and answer customer queries. We use several processes to personalise our orders — such as embroidery, engraving and hand-finishing — and we’ll train you on all of them. Most tasks can be picked up in just a few days.
The Person
No previous experience necessary — the main thing is a willingness to learn and a happy-to-help attitude. You’ll need a good eye for accuracy, the ability to prioritise your own work, and to be comfortable using a computer.
