A Customer Service Executive is required to join our dynamic, busy and fun customer services team based in our group headquarters in Borris in Ossory, Co Laois.
Working alongside the customer services manager you will deliver high levels of customer service through digital, voice and face to face mediums.
You will deal with customer queries, take and allocate work orders as well as scheduling and deploying time critical product and service delivery.
You will work across and interact with all the major functions of the business including Operations, Finance and Sales so this is a great entry point into an expanding and exciting business with a national reach. Full training, support and mentoring will be provided for this role.
Please note that you will need to be eligible for work in Ireland for this role, have good communication skills, be proficient in english and importantly be open to learning.
This role is based full time in Borris in Ossory and covers shifts from 08:30 to 18:30 daily.
