What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing, servicing, and supporting label printers and scanning systems at customer sites and in the workshop.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with speed and professionalism.
- Providing training and guidance to clients to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborating with our internal team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What You Bring:
- Technical background in, electrical hardware, software, or IT.
- Experience with label printing systems (Thermal and Inkjet) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Ireland and work independently.
