Event Sales Assistant – Immediate Start – Cork, Ireland

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join We Heart Fundraising as Event Sales Staff, representing one of our incredible Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) clients.
In this role, you’ll work at events across Cork, connecting with members of the public to raise awareness and secure essential long-term donor support. If you’re confident, approachable, and passionate about making a difference, this is your chance to step into a rewarding career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging at Events: Represent the NPO at private sites and events, sharing their mission with the community and inspiring support.
- Building Connections: Communicate effectively with prospective donors, helping them understand the impact of their contributions and encouraging long-term involvement.
- Supporting Donors: Answer questions, provide detailed information, and guide supporters through the donation process with professionalism.
- Meeting Goals: Work towards daily and weekly targets, contributing to the growth of the organisation’s donor base.

Earnings Structure
This position includes:
- Guaranteed €92 per active day
- €460–€552 per week (depending on days worked)
- Weekly performance incentives with uncapped earning potential
- Typical annual earnings of approximately €40,000 (combining guaranteed daily fee and performance bonuses)
