Candidates must have Hotsoft PMS reservations system experience and be available to work mid-week as well as weekends.The Receptionist's duties and responsibilities include greeting visitors, checking in guests and checking out guests. Kindly and promptly addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns. Coordinate with the other departments to fulfil guest needs and requests. Taking room and restaurant reservations.
