Job Title: Mobile Patrol Driver
Location: Primarily Dublin Region (Nationwide coverage as required)
Hourly Rate: €17.00 – €17.50 DOE
Hours: 36–48 hours per week (12-hour shifts)

Role overview
Bidvest Noonan is currently recruiting for a team of Mobile Patrol Drivers to join our expanding security team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious client site, ensuring a safe and secure environment through proactive patrolling and rapid incident response. The role reports directly to the Operations Manager and requires a professional individual with a commitment to high standards of service and security.
We require a valid PSA licence and full clean driver’s licence.
Key Responsibilities of the Mobile Patrol Driver:
- Respond promptly to alarm activations and any breaches of security.
- Perform scheduled and random mobile patrols across various sites.
- Complete detailed, time-stamped digital incident reports (including photos) using the company app.
- Lock and unlock client premises according to schedule.
- Liaise courteously with clients, service users, and property management.
- Collaborate with the Bidvest Noonan National Call Centre for coordination.
- Conduct regular vehicle checks via the company app.
- Maintain a professional image and adhere to company uniform standards.
- Identify, assess, and report potential risks or hazards.
- Set a professional example when conducting visits to static security sites.
Key Requirements of the Mobile Patrol Driver:
- A valid PSA licence (essential)
- A full, clean driving licence
- Minimum of 3 years’ security industry experience
- Strong observational and reporting skills
- Excellent punctuality, reliability, strong ability to work on initiative
- Good working knowledge of the Dublin area
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong written communication for accurate report writing
