It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We’re looking for a hands-on, systems-minded Senior GTM Operations Manager to build and scale the operating foundation for Rippling’s EMEA Sales Development organization.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with SDR and Sales leadership, regional marketers, Growth Operations, RevOps, Data, and Engineering. You’ll serve as a key connector between Marketing and Sales, helping both teams align on priorities, improve funnel handoffs, and execute regional programs smoothly.
You’ll turn business needs into scalable processes, reliable systems, actionable insights, and effective enablement. From improving workflows and reporting to strengthening tooling and applying AI and automation, your work will help EMEA teams generate pipeline efficiently and make faster, better decisions.
Most importantly, you’ll help build a GTM motion designed for EMEA. You’ll adapt global programs to reflect differences across countries, time zones, languages, buyer behaviors, data availability, and local sales and marketing motions. This is an opportunity to shape how Rippling scales pipeline generation across the region.
