We are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Dublin branch. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customers receive a fast, efficient and friendly service — helping us continue to build loyalty and deliver outstanding branch support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve and support customers at the trade counter
- Goods inward processing and stock handling
- Picking, packing and preparing orders
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Making deliveries to customers when required
- Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle cleanliness (when driving)
- Working within service level criteria and processes
- Supporting daily branch stock control and administration
- Participating in the annual stock take
- Working collaboratively with the branch team to deliver excellent service
- Communicating customer enquiries or opportunities to the sales team
- Maintaining warehouse, yard and trade counter standards
What We Are Looking For
- Experience working in a warehouse, trade counter or logistics environment (preferred)
- A strong customer‑service approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a positive, hands‑on team attitude
- Ability to work safely and follow procedures
- A full Irish driving licence — essential
- Forklift experience is beneficial (but not essential)
Full training will be provided.
What We Offer
- Salary: €31,000 per annum
- 40 hours per week
- Core hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, however you will work a flexible 8‑hour shift between 6:00am and 6:00pm
- Participation in the branch call‑out rota is required
- 23 days holiday, increasing to 28 after 5 years
