The Goat Bar & Grill in Goatstown, one of Dublin’s finest and most established sporting pubs, is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Bartender to join our vibrant and professional bar team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality who enjoys working in a busy, high-energy environment.
Role Overview:
As a Full-Time Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the warm and welcoming atmosphere The Goat Bar & Grill is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming bar experience
- Take orders efficiently and manage customer interactions professionally
- Handle cash and card payments accurately, including end-of-shift balancing
- Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ bartending experience in a Dublin pub or restaurant
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Solid knowledge of bar operations and service standards
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service skills and a team-focused attitude
