Job Description:
We’re looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Property Maintenance Technician to join our team for a post-construction clean-up and maintenance project. The role involves a range of responsibilities to ensure the accommodation building is in pristine, functional condition. Key Responsibilities:
- Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance: Cut and trim overgrown grass and maintain outdoor areas to create a clean and welcoming environment.
- Window Cleaning: Clean all interior and exterior windows to remove dust, smudges, and construction residue, leaving a spotless finish.
- Functional Checks and Repairs: Test the operation of all windows, doors, and drawers, making minor repairs or adjustments to ensure they open and close smoothly and are fully operational.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections to identify and report any issues needing further maintenance or repair.
- General Clean-Up: Remove any remaining construction debris, dust, and dirt to prepare the building for occupancy.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, or post-construction clean-up is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Basic repair skills and familiarity with maintenance tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good physical condition and ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: €12.70 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
