Artic Driver – Air Freight & Logistics
Location: Harristown, Co. Dublin (Near Dublin Airport)

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Artic Driver to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, securely, and in accordance with all relevant transport, security, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles and complete scheduled collections and deliveries.
- Transport air freight and other cargo securely and efficiently.
- Complete all required vehicle, delivery, and security documentation.
- Follow Good Distribution Practice (GDP) procedures and company policies.
- Comply with air freight security requirements and maintain a high level of security awareness.
- Handle ADR-regulated goods safely and in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Carry out vehicle checks and report any defects or issues promptly.
- Maintain professional standards when dealing with customers, airports, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all cargo is handled with care and remains secure throughout transportation.
- Work flexibly to meet operational requirements, including occasional overtime.
Required Training & Qualifications
Applicants must hold, or be willing to complete, the following training and qualifications as required for the role:
- Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)
- ADR training/certification
- GDP (Good Distribution Practice) training
- Air Freight Security training/awareness
A valid and appropriate driving licence is essential.
Security & Vetting Requirements
Due to the nature of the work and the handling of secure air freight, security vetting is mandatory.
Successful applicants must be able to:
- Provide a satisfactory 5-year background/employment history check.
- Complete the company's required security vetting process.
- Provide any documentation necessary to verify their identity, employment history, and eligibility to undertake secure air freight duties.
- Meet all applicable air freight security requirements before commencing relevant duties.
