The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing department to develop and implement marketing campaigns, projects and internal communication. Your responsibility is to act as a supportive role to the Senior Marketing Manager across all disciplines. You are an enthusiastic, marketing professional with a flair for creative work an dan understanding of overall business objectives.
This hybrid role is office based 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute weekly email campaigns through from product selection, writing briefs, working with the internal design team, and final review and sign off
- Schedule weekly emails through our email marketing platform
- Understanding email segmentation
- Weekly reporting on email performance to help inform future plans
- Contribute to campaign plans for all Seasonal and Core campaigns based on the central communications plan
- Support with social media briefing, creation and scheduling
- Ensure accurate & timely structured internal communication
- Deliver administrational support where required
Skills required:
- A relevant third level qualification e.g. Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business etc.
- 2 years plus experience in a marketing role
- Strong team player
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good understanding of all media channels and ability to coordinate campaigns cross-channel
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools of advantage
