Warehouse Operative
Controlled Environments Company (CEC) is a single source supplier and solutions provider to customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative, to work at a customer site in Athenry.
Responsibilities:

Deliver items to various client kanban locations around the facility

Monitor and restock on site storage location with consumables to maintain stock levels

Goods Receiving to include checking, counting and organisation of stock

Stock checks and cycle counting of products in warehouse with pro-active approach to maintaining stock accuracy

Work with a computerised WMS

Flexibility to perform other duties when assigned

Ensure compliance with all safety standards, participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Comply with customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to good manufacturing practices

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas by implementing and adhering to housekeeping standards and promptly addressing any hazards to promote a safe and efficient work environment

Consistently deliver quality products and services and address customer inquiries promptly and effectively

Attend regular team meetings to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment on assigned tasks and responsibilities

Communicate status of all requests to customers in a timely manner by utilising relevant communication channels

Ensure accuracy in all material transactions while optimising the allocated storage space
Skills & Experience:

Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to use own initiative and work in a fast paced environment

Accuracy, strong attention to detail

Previous experience using a stock control system such as SAP or a similar system is desirable
-
Cleanroom experience is desirable but not essential
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Previous Warehouse Management System experience is desirable
-
Forklift driving experience is desirable
