We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Cork.
We have a very busy period ahead, with multiple projects starting over the coming weeks, and are looking for a reliable, experienced supervisor who can take responsibility for the day-to-day running of sites and crews.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising site teams
Strong knowledge of construction/site operations
Proven ability to manage and coordinate tradesmen and subcontractors
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong focus on health & safety, quality and productivity
Full driving licence desirable
Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the smooth running of projects
The Site Supervisor role will include:
Supervising and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
Planning daily work and allocating labour
Ensuring projects stay on programme and deadlines are met
Monitoring workmanship and quality
Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
Coordinating deliveries, materials and plant
Liaising with project managers, clients and other contractors
Reporting on progress and highlighting any issues
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised site
Managing day-to-day site problems and resolving issues efficiently
