Junior Sales Executive – Paul O'Connor Cars, Dungarvan
Paul O'Connor Cars is one of the busiest dealerships in Waterford, and we're looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our Dungarvan team. This is a rare opportunity to join our sales team - most of our sales staff have been with us for years. (It's a pretty good place to work!)
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to build a career in car sales. You'll start hands-on — photographing stock, preparing handovers, supporting our sales team, and helping with our marketing and social media — while working directly alongside our Sales Manager to start handling customer sales enquiries and building your own sales skills from day one. The role is designed to progress into a full Sales Executive position within 12 months for the right candidate.
What you'll be doing:
- Photographing and preparing vehicles for online listings
- Assisting with customer handovers
- Talking to customers and helping with actual sales, guided and supported by our Sales Manager
- Supporting the wider sales team on the floor as needed
- Helping manage our marketing and social media presence
- Learning our sales process, stock, and systems from experienced staff
What we're looking for:
- Enthusiastic, personable, and keen to learn
- Comfortable talking to customers and building relationships
- Interest in cars and the motor trade is a big plus
- Reliable, organised, and happy to get stuck into a variety of tasks
- Full driving licence required
What's on offer:
- OTE €35,000–€40,000
