Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support including document drafting, diary management, and general legal administration (scanning, printing, photocopying);
- Manage the end-to-end file lifecycle using the firm’s legal case management system;
- Prepare materials and information for internal and external meetings;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand and respond to their requirements;
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information;
- Ensure accuracy and speed in document production, coordinating with document specialists when required;
- Manage travel arrangements and detailed itineraries;
- Process time records and expense reports; and
- Greet and liaise with clients and business visitors in a professional manner.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5+ years experience working as a legal secretary;
- Experience managing a portfolio of senior stakeholders within the legal field;
- MS Office skills are essential;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Ability to work in the strictest level of confidentiality;
- Superb communication skills in both verbal and written format;
- Time management skills that allow you to coordinate multiple competing tasks;
- A solution focused mind-set and working style; and
- A positive, can-do approach to work, even in challenging situations
