Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the site, leading large teams, driving commercial results, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer who visits.

Responsibilities of this General Store Manager er job include:

Lead, inspire, and develop management teams across retail, food, and hospitality departments.

Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance, ensuring delivery of financial targets and KPIs.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest operational standards.

Take full ownership of store performance, including P&L, labour management, stock control, and cost management.

Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and operational standards.

Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability, and talent development.
Experience required for this General Store Manager job include:

5+ years' senior management experience within retail, food retail, or department Store environment.

Proven experience managing a large-scale operation with full P&L responsibility.

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Experience leading and developing large teams in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
