Role Title : Change Manager, Career & Reward Framework
Location : Abbey Street, Dublin 1
The Vhi Group Services DAC People & Sustainability Division have a full-time temporary role (12 months) for the position of Change Manager, Career & Reward Framework based in Dublin on a hybrid basis.
The successful candidate will lead the Change Management activities supporting the delivery and implementation of a Career and Reward Framework. Much of the strategic direction and planning will be established, with the focus of this role on execution, refinement and embedding of the framework across the organisation.

What you will do:-
Deliver and execute a pragmatic change management approach aligned to the programme objectives, organisational culture and strategic priorities

Translate existing plans into actionable delivery activities, ensuring pace, clarity and alignment across stakeholders

Define and track success measures, reporting on progress and effectiveness of change interventions

Identify, engage and manage key stakeholders, including senior leadership, People specialists, business leaders and employee representatives

Drive clear, consistent and targeted communications to build understanding, support and adoption

Develop and implement communication plans that support rollout and reinforce key messages at each stage

Design and deliver practical training and support to enable managers and employees to adopt the new framework confidently

Assess change impacts, identify risks and resistance points, and implement mitigation strategies

Work closely with the project team, People team and business stakeholders to align change activity to delivery timelines

Monitor delivery against plan, providing clear updates and managing dependencies and issues

Gather and use feedback to refine approach and continuously improve adoption outcomes
What you will need to be successful:-
Certification in a recognised change methodology such as Prosci or ADKAR

7 to 10 years’ experience in change management, ideally within HR or organisational transformation

Proven experience delivering change with significant employee impact
Technical-
Demonstrated ability to execute large scale change initiatives with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes

Experience in HR transformation or reward and career framework implementations is desirable

Strong planning and delivery capability with a focus on meeting timelines and milestones

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple levels

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive clarity

Experience working in partnership with project managers in structured delivery environments
Interpersonal-
Comfortable operating in an evolving environment, adapting plans while maintaining delivery focus

Strong judgement in assessing risk and adjusting approach based on feedback and data

High level of empathy and awareness of the people impact of change

Confident and credible in leading delivery and engaging senior stakeholders
