ELEMENT Health Fitness Performance is a coaching facility based in Clontarf, Dublin.
We help busy adults improve their health, fitness and performance through Small Group Personal Training, HYROX training, nutrition coaching and a high level of accountability and support.
We're not an open gym and we're not a "count the reps" coaching environment.
We're looking for a coach who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems and being part of a team that cares deeply about delivering an exceptional member experience.
The Role
As a coach at ELEMENT, your role will involve:
- Delivering Small Group Personal Training sessions
- Supporting members both inside and outside of sessions
- Conducting consultations and reviews
- Helping members stay accountable to their goals
- Maintaining high coaching standards and attention to detail
- Contributing positively to our team culture
- Continuing your own professional development
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:

You might be:
- A newly qualified Personal Trainer with experience in hospitality, teaching, healthcare, retail, customer service or another people-focused role.
- An experienced coach looking to join a team environment with opportunities for development and progression.
- Someone considering a long-term career in coaching and health & fitness.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Relevant fitness qualification (or currently completing one)
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Strong communication skills
Desirable:
- Personal Training qualification
- Strength & Conditioning qualification
- Group coaching experience
- Nutrition coaching experience
- HYROX experience
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
