We are looking for a strategic, organized, and data-driven SEO Manager to oversee our growing channel, optimize our reach, and build a vibrant community around our mission.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Optimization & SEO: Manage all video uploads, selecting relevant tags, and structuring chapters. Optimize titles and metadata to maximize search visibility and click-through rates.
Content Scheduling & Management: Maintain a consistent publishing calendar for both long-form cinematic videos and Shorts.
Analytics & Growth Strategy: Review YouTube Analytics weekly to track performance metrics like watch time, audience retention, and subscriber growth. Use these insights to suggest content improvements and format changes.
Community Engagement: Moderate comments, respond to viewers promptly, and foster an active, positive community around the channel's themes.
Thumbnail & Asset Coordination: Collaborate on visual assets to ensure thumbnails are high-impact, professional, and consistent with our branding.

Required Qualifications
Proven Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing and growing YouTube channels, with a strong portfolio of results.
SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of the YouTube algorithm, search trends, and metadata optimization tools (e.g., TubeBuddy, VidIQ).
Clear Communication: Excellent writing skills with an emphasis on plain, direct language and an active voice.
Cultural Alignment: A genuine interest in Indian history, women's empowerment movements, and storytelling.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with or curiosity about generative AI tools for media production is a strong plus.
