We’re currently seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you’ll play a key part in promoting and selling our popular Celtic Nights experience, while supporting essential administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Promote and sell Celtic Nights tickets to individuals, groups, and partners
- Manage bookings, invoicing, reporting, and general administration
- Respond promptly to all phone and email enquiries for the show and ground floor
- Prepare detailed function sheets for events, including upsells and special requests
- Work closely with Sales, Show, and F&B teams to ensure smooth communication
- Support day-to-day operations and assist with additional tasks as required
- Adhere to company policies including Health & Safety, cash handling, and compliance procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality (essential)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Opera Cloud experience (desirable but not essential)
- Availability to work weekends
- Must have the legal right to work full-time in Ireland
