Western Motors Galway is looking for an ambitious, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen team.
Motor industry experience is welcome but not essential. We are looking for the right attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn. If you have a background in sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment, financial services, or another customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
The Role
- Meet and assist customers throughout the vehicle buying journey.
- Follow up and convert leads from our marketing and digital channels.
- Build long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Promote finance solutions and additional products.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage your sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and enthusiastic.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Full Driving Licence.
