The Role
Provide technical and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
Carry out setting out activities, monitor construction quality and ensure all works are completed in compliance with drawings, specifications, BCAR requirements and company standards.
Coordinate and distribute accurate technical information to subcontractors and site personnel, while managing drawings, RFIs, method statements and construction records.
Support site operations through quality inspections, programme monitoring, material approvals, BCAR administration and the implementation of corrective actions where required .
Assist project teams with reporting, cost control, procurement and the management of resources, materials and site documentation.
The Candidate
You will hold a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
You will have experience in site engineering, setting out and quality control within the construction industry.
You will have a strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, Building Regulations and BCAR requirements.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational, technical and problem-solving skills.
You will be capable of working both independently and as part of a project team in a fast-paced environment.
You will have a strong focus on quality, safety and attention to detail.
