Work Schedule:
- Day shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Compensation:
- Hourly wage: €14.49
- Night shift bonus: +€1.25/hour
- Overtime pay: 150% of the standard hourly rate
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of wooden components such as floors and walls for prefabricated houses
- Work inside a large, well-equipped production hall

Candidate Profile:
- Experience in carpentry or related fields (e.g. construction, interior finishing)
- Ability to operate hand and power tools
- Reliability, accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Additional Assets (nice to have):
- Experience with production machinery, saws, or other woodworking tools
